CAN’T SEE THE OFFICIAL RESULTS ON MY PROFILE

This problem occurs when the wrong player information (email) is used while entering a tournament or event or your profile was created by an organizer without selecting your real profile. Please Request Support and enter:

  1. URL link to your both profiles  (one with data and one without)
  2. Your “real” profile email (has to be the same on Request Support form)
  3. After email conformation, we will transfer your results from “fake” to your “real” profile.
    CAUNTION: After transfer the “fake” profile will be deleted, and the process can not be undone!
